the many, many weeks leading up to Saturday)!! The wedding not only
looked more beautiful and put together than I could ever have
imagined, but ran so smoothly that I was able to have one of the best
times partying at my own wedding. :) Thank you for putting up with
all my indecisiveness throughout the process as well.

I am so, SO glad we hired you, it was seriously one of the best
decisions we made. I know my mom is too because I think she told me
20 times how amazing you were. I plan to pass on the best advice I
received when planning a wedding - at least hire a day of

I had just finished 10 years of schooling, moved to the Bay Area from LA, started my new job at UC Berkeley, and…my fiancĂ© and I were also planning a wedding in Bellingham, WA. I think I was sitting amongst a sea of unpacked boxes, wondering where the pots and pans were, when I realized we needed wedding help. We already had decided the basics…the venue, the caterer, the photographer, the florist. But as the big day approached, I started to worry about the little details…who was going to light the candles on the tables, who was going to make sure the band set up, who was going to cue the cake cutting, who was going to make sure my Uncles didn’t decide to give drunken toasts! So I did a Google search for wedding coordinators, after a couple interviews I was getting a little nervous because none of the candidates had any experience with our venue or our vendors. And then I found Renea...we didn’t even need to meet in person for me to know she was our day-of wedding coordinator. She had already done many events at our venue, worked with our caterer and photographer for many years, and had so many ideas on how to make our wedding just that much more special.
For a very reasonable fee, she not only coordinated the day-of, but provided hours of help finishing the last minute details, finding us an amazing jazz band, and coordinating with all of our vendors for last minute planning and rehearsals. Whenever I had a random idea and sent her an email, she would promptly reply back with her ideas/comments and always was upbeat and enthusiastic. I knew that we were in excellent hands and that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. At the wedding rehearsal, Ben and I were stress free about the details. Renea kept us on our timeline and moved things along perfectly. The day of the wedding she was checking in with me to make sure I was okay and enjoying myself, but never worried me with any last minute problems. My parents remarked that she was fabulous and made our wedding something they will never forget. My husband and I had the best, most stress free time at our wedding and it wouldn’t have been possible without Renea.

We hired Renea as our "day of" coordinator for our wedding, to handle making sure that people & vendors were all in place at the right time & knew what to expect. She went above and beyond by helping us with any pre-planning questions we had as well as providing vendor suggestions & even helping us scout locations. She was always incredibly quick to respond to email or phone calls and was a fantastically fun person to work with.

When we had a last-minute change of venue she was there to help us figure out last minute decorations and was even able to provide some of the necessary pieces from her own collection. She totally saved the day more than once during our wedding. We couldn't have done it without her and would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for help with their wedding.
